Terms of service

NeemLeaf is an independent film promotion and award/festival application assistance service, not an official award organiser. Festival eligibility and rules must be verified from official sources before applying. Selection or awards are never guaranteed.

Any external festival fees must be disclosed separately from NeemLeaf service charges. A client must approve their quotation and authorise each external submission. Demo payment receipts are not proof of real payment.

This is a launch template. Refunds, cancellation rules, governing law, company identity and support contact must be completed and legally reviewed before commercial use.
