NeemLeaf collects information you submit to enquire about film services, create an account, register films and request submissions. Information may include contact details, film credits, rights declarations and uploaded materials.

Only authorised team members should access private materials to deliver requested services. Do not upload film screeners or personal identification documents unless specifically required for a service.

Demo payments do not charge money. Data retention, deletion requests, support contact, hosting providers and applicable legal requirements must be finalised by the NeemLeaf operator before public launch.
